It faces south towards the start of the Cte Chalonnaise, on a slope between 290 and 400 metres elevation. Alongside a cracking red from these marly limestone soils, Bachelet Monnot has long crafted an exceptionally pure and taut white Burgundy from four small parcels (with an average age of 40 year old vines)
