The grapes are cultivated 100% organically and biodynamically in a chalk and clay rich soil, which contributes to the wine's wonderful, mineral expression. The aroma is aromatic with notes of white flowers, bergamot, stone fruit, and citrus peel. The taste is beautifully balanced with notes of orange blossom, lemon peel, white peach, bergamot, and flint. The
